Do I need advanced cooling for this processor?

I am planning to get a AMD FX-8350 processor. I don't plan to overclock it. Will I need more colling than stock?

The stock cooler is *mostly* good enough, though loud. I would recommend purchasing a 212 EVO with or without intentions to overclock.

If you are looking into the FX lineup grab at leat a 970 chipset, preferably the 990FX

If you have a tight budget, consider the GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P. Even though it has a 970 chipset, it is a very good overclocker, probably the best of all 970s.
