For a while now my computer has been randomly crashing in video games such as Fallout New Vegas and League of Legends. I have crashed in both of these games while running absolutely nothing other core programs.

This is what was running (Other then the programs needed to run the games, In example, Steam, League of Legends client also had Gyazo disabled) when I was crashing. I have tried replacing my hard drive and it seemed not to work I have done a clean install of windows a couple of times and that seems not too fix it. I don't blue screen when I crash, I just can't alt tab from the game screen and it freezes, I can still talk to people on teamspeak when I was crashing. I can sometimes wait a couple of minutes and it unfreezes but usually must restart my whole computer. The crash seems to happen when my game plays audio 90% of the time it works just fine but every once in a while it will freeze and crash my game. I am at a total loss at how to fix this, to my knowledge all my drivers are updated.

Edit: I have also checked my temperatures while playing all the games I hove between 35-45 degrees nothing to be concerned about.
I have also not overclocked my system.
