So I'm trying to find a monitor that's at least 60hz. However sometimes monitors don't show the hz, and only show the ms i.e. 5ms. I was wondering if a lower ms meant that a monitor also had a higher refresh rate, or hz. I'm interested in a BenQ GL2460HM monitor and see that it is 2ms, but don't know if it's a least 60hz. Can someone explain it to me please.

Best way to go is 144 hz if the budget allows it however 60 hz is fine if thats what you have enough for. Ms is the respons time and the hz is the refresh time. Anything 5 ms or lower should do fine on a budget preferably 1 ms. The monitor you selected is 60 hz but I would reccomend this one for a similar price
