Hello guys, I am new to the world of pc building.
I have Intel i7 4790k
Asus z96 pro mobo
8 gb rram(4*2) Kingston hyper blue x ddr3 1600
cCorsair rm850 psu
gigabyte gtx 970 g1 windforce
Windows 8.1
Basically, without the gpu card the pc works fine, because it uses the intergerated on board graphics(correct me if I am wrong )
But, here is the thing, I get a bloody eorror when I put in the gpu. I get code b2(which is "legacy option initial ization") or 62("installation of the pch runtime services) it's either one of them, I ccan not tell, sorry.
I have updated the bios, installed more things. But could not iinstall nvidia.
Can someone please help!
Update!
I have hooked my old gpu and guess what, it runs fine with the code AO( ide initialization is started) I'm now installing the drivers for that card .
The gpu is a GeForce 7 something.
