If you haven't done a build before, I can't condone getting a water block of any variety. There are too many possibilities of horrible failures to advise getting one unless you have build experience. The rest should be pretty painless, though.

Yeah, don't bother with a watercooler. A CM 212 EVO will cool that CPU just fine.

Here - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/nDzjqs - This is an updated version. Also, I saw that you had a case with a window, and no LED's so I threw a great LED controller in there to make everything nice and visible. If you haven't one before, and are a little scared (I was my first time), you could always let me build it. I have experience with building computers, and won't nearly as much as the famous computer builders. Of course, if you have any questions, feel free to email me NoahTyler_2@yahoo.com. I look forward to hearing from you!

Cpu - 4690K is newer, and overclocks better.

Mobo - Changed to Z97 which can upgrade to Broadwell

Cpu Cooler - Good budget air cooler

Psu - Higher quality PSU that still allows you to buy another 970 down the road.
