What's the benefits of upgrading BIOS?

Unless you have a problem with your computer (new hardware support is the most likely reason) and a new BIOS update specifically addresses the issue, updating your BIOS is pointless. You BIOS is best thought of in this way, "if its not broke, dont try to fix it"
