What specs should I get to play these games?

whats PC specs should i get to play all these games? I prefer minimum requirements though. No budget i just want the minimum requirements to be able to play.

I agree. Without a budget to go by, and especially if you say you prefer minimum requirements, a console will be MUCH better than any rig...
You should get either PS4 or XBO, depending on what you're looking for:
- If it's all about playing games, get a PS4. You'll have access to an higher game collection and (IMO) a better hardware.
- If you're looking at something more than just computer entertainment system, get an XBO. You will get a very slightly lower game collection, mostly limited to Europe and US, with a few of the western-most-looking titles from the japanese market, but you'll also have access to other multimedia services.

since you want minimum pc requirements... are you also looking for a basic personal desktop? i have a setup that will work out just fine ,enough for battlefield 4 on medium at 57-60 fps but only costs less than 400$ at the moment.so it will easily play the games you mentioned just fine
