there is no fuse inside. i will replace it but it is confusing, the second photo is the back panel and under the fuse compartment the fuse rating is 10A but in the last photo it says 15A 125VAC(can't get a better shot of the last photo).

Solution
15A 125VAC is the max amperage and a/c voltage that the circular fuse carrier can handle (think of it like an appliance cable with a fuse in the plug. The cable must always have a higher power rating than the fuse that's connected to it).

The fuse you use must be 10A not 15A

Got it! and what does 125VAC mean? 125 Volts AC? can i plug it in a 220 wall socket?

!25 VAC means 125v alternating current, single-phase.

You can plug the converter into either 220v 0r 110v supply socket, it can handle both but since it doesn't have an auto-switching sensor you must first make sure that the voltage selector switch is in the correct position (at the back, where it says "Do not remove sticker") before you plug it in.

Your pic shows it's already in the correct position for 220v AC
