Does motherbard software matter?

I managed to install drivers for my motherboard like usb 3, Bluetooth, intel chipset, wifi, realtek audio etc. and everything functions fine.

Tried to install asus software suite, which installed fine, but everytime I run it it instantly crashes with the win 7 box popping up giving me the option to 'close program'

I assume the required drivers are installed? afterall I can connect usb 3, hear sound, connect wifi etc.

nothing to worry about? just annoying really...

You dont need the programs. Most of them will crash sooner or later anyway

Drivers are enough
