With 49w you get the power by the PCIe.

A full height card could use up to 75 W (3.3 V × 3 A + 12 V × 5.5 A), also the GT730 have no power connector, you don't need more power than the one you get from the motherboard pcie.

What i dont found logical is that a card need 20a on a 12v rail to power 50w, thats 240w of power requirement.
