need help again,again and again (0xc0000142 error)

Hi is me again... What is 0xc0000142 error and how to fix it.... All my Grid(1/2/Autosport) work fine,after changing graphic cards and I get this problem..

I tried to scan with it and fix for many times,but it still does't work...Now I play Grid like trail edition,install and play for 1 time,next time if wanna play,I need to uninstall and reinstall again...
