I have a Hp p6754y desktop that I'm looking to get more FPS out of while playing world of warcraft. I know the PSU is only 250 so I'll be replacing it along with the graphics card. Any suggestions on PSU and graphics card? Or anything else I should be looking at doing. Budget of around 500-600, maybe more if worth it.

I'd probably upgrade to 8GB of RAM if you haven't already. That may require an upgrade to your OS if you're not running a 64-Bit OS. Something like this for your upgrades:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Memory: G.Skill Value Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($74.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Superclocked ACX Video Card ($189.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Antec High Current Gamer 620W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $314.97

If you want to spend more than that, you should probably look into a new build and salvaging what you can from this system.

I'd seriously consider adding another 4GB of RAM to that (So long as your Windows version is 64 bit). Here would be my recommendation for the best bang with the least buck.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Memory: Crucial 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($34.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB ACX Video Card ($329.98 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: XFX TS 550W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $424.96

I recommended the 970 knowing there might be some throttling due to the CPU, but it shouldn't really be that bad. The reason for it is so that when you do upgrade the CPU and motherboard you will already have a solid GPU and PSU and have no need to replace them regardless of what you upgrade to short of a FX 9xxx series CPU setup. Unfortunately there's not much of any way you're going to want to bring the 1333mhz RAM along for the ride so I figure it's best to go with a minimal investment on that because the 35 bucks won't hurt that much when the time comes to step up. Plus, I didn't think it was really necessary to go with a matched pair of modules for this particular upgrade since having the 8gb total would be the limiting factor for some games and they really don't care, nor does the system, if they're in dual channel or not.
