Hi,
I'm looking into upgrading my PC and I would like your opion on if it's a good upgrade. This is my current build:
CPU: Intel i3 4130
GPU: EVGA GTX 760
Memory: (1x4gb) ddr3
PSU: Cougar CMX700
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2 (rev 2.0)
Hard drive: Western Digital 1TB
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate Edition

I'm think about upgrading my CPU to a i7 4790 and getting 8gb of ram. Can anyone recomend me any particular ram. Also I'm pretty set on the i7 4790 as I do a lot of rendering. Is everything compatable. My current BIOS version is FD.

G Skill Ares or RipJaws DDR3-1600mhz or 1866mhz dual-channel 8GB RAM would be good but if you get RipJaws it may interfere with very large aftermarket CPU coolers (Ares is low profile).
