Is my motherboard failing?

About 2 months ago my computer started shutting itself off without warning, I've applied new thermal paste to my CPU cooler, RMA'd my HDD, and PSU, suspecting them to be the cause, and have run all sorts of virus scans and the like. My problem is that most of the time my computer won't make it past the windows log in screen before it shuts itself down. Some odd things I've noticed during this time are, when I've tried a clean windows install the key's on my keyboard would sometimes either stick, without me holding the key down, or not respond at all, and at one point I tried unplugging my CD drive's SATA cable and my computer got past the windows log in and I got in for a little bit before it shut itself down and fell into its normal routine of shutting down at log in. After the keys locked up, I suspected my RAM, but after swapping out my current RAM stick with RAM from a working computer it still wouldn't load past the log in screen. I think my motherboard is failing, but I'd like to have another opinion on this before I RMA this too. Is my motherboard dying?

I've checked my temps after shut downs and they're usually around 90-105 degrees Fahrenheit. As for the PSU, I got it from RMA 5 days ago so I highly doubt that dust is the issue.
