Solution
thats why i suggested the gtx 970. it's better then the r9 290x and the gtx 780 and alot cheaper. anyway
did you checkt he r9 290, wihout the x, and the gtx 980 without the ti. because those cards shouldnt be that expensive.

and the r9 280x has pretty much the same performance as the gtx 770. it will depend on the game

the i5 4790K will be more then sufficient for gaming.
the i7 will only show improvements in games that support hyperthreading. but even in those games the i5 will be more then good enough.
the i5 will last you quite a while, so save your bucks and go for the i5

if you are into video edditing and other CPU intesive things. the i7's hyperthreading will come in handy. and even then you can still use the i5 and get great performance.
the i7 is just overkill for gaming.

The 4790k is better for gaming than the 4690k however not all games will benefit from the extra L3 cache, extra clock speed and extra threads...

The I7 will be beneficial for Bf4 Multiplayer, Crysis 3 and Wolfenstein to name a few...

hyperthreeaidng basicly makes 1 physical core work like 2 cores. every clocksignal has an upgoing and downgoing flank. so if I remember correctly. one thread used the upgoing flank, the other one the downgoin flank
someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

and the r9 270x will not run the outcomming games on ultra +60 fps(or recent games for that matter). you'd better get yourself a gtx 970 or wait for the new AMD series to come out (probably in a few months)
thje gtx 970 is at the moment one of the best price/performance cards. they will run every game out now on ultra settings +60 fps and cost around 340 dollars(in europe they are around 350 euro's, I dont know where you are from)

Basically the Hyper threading adds four virtual cores which gives the i7 8 threads.

Not all games are able to utilize more than 4 threads and many games use less...

New games are starting to utilize more than 4 threads and there is a good chance that an I7 will be recommended for GTA5 or the new Batman game...

I agree with Ashish Chaudhary recommendation of a gtx 970...

we don't know how much inflation and availability affects your country's prices. for all we know, an r9 295x2 might be priced at $150 there. we need some kind of a newegg equivalent there so we can compare prices. or maybe give the gpu's that are priced around $300 there so we can give a more accurate suggestion.

If you don't mind spending the extra money go with the I7 and the 970...

If you want the best value go with the I5 and the gtx 970.

The bottom line is that a I5 with a 970 will be better for games than a I7 with a 270x...

120 gb is not enough as when you go over a certain percentage the ssd becomes much slower but it will still be better than a hdd

You will need to install the games on the SSD to benefit.
