Changing the color of my fans

I am looking at a phantec PH - TC14PE, i want to get the black and white one and spray paint the outer side fan to black and green. Whats the best way to do it?

Buy a black and green fan. Or if you must paint it you need to be very careful, use something like plasti-dip to actually dye the plastic because heavy paint can affect the balance of the fan. carefully tape of the motor if you cant remove the fan blades and dont spray the motor housing.
