Ok... So everybody rages about AMD vs. Nvidia and really what is better? My budget is 300 and i want to run Minecraft on ultra settings with ultra Shaders.... Of course i would want to run some other games like Gmod Or Planetside.... But I will be upgrading from a GT 620 so really anything would make a difference (by the way I have 16gb ram and intel core i7 4770)

First of all there is no better. Amd makes some awesome GPU's. The only problem is that sometimes their stock cooling solutions can be pretty crappy. So often you have to exchange them to get the real power or do other modifications. But when I read your question I had more the feeling you would just like to buy a finished product. So I personally would recommend...

get a cheap 780 if there still are some left where you live(here in germany many of them where going away for less than 250 euro almost all are under 300 i assume in us the prices would be the same in euros) or go for the 290 since with the temporary price drop it should be in your budget,

???
Can you help our other German members (in fact European since shipping is not an issue) by posting links to these amazing deals that was 200 Euro in your post yesterday and 250 today?

sure, damn last one there is this more than yesterday http://www.alternate.de/Gainward/GeForce-GTX-780-Phantom-Grafikkarte/html/product/1088378?, i primarily check it in that shop, is the cheapest in my opinion, also had a 780ti after rebate for 350ish couple of days ago, they need to check it regularly it can change many times in a single day, seen price drop from 350 to 200 for gtx 780 there, now the cheapest 780ti is 404 euros, cheapest ones where form zotac and gainward, they are almost all gone, damn how it sucks not to have money on spot
