Will there be interference if I add a cat 6 line through existing underfloor tubing which now hosts my standard telephone line ? It is about a 50 foot run from the router to a dual (telephone/Ethernet) wall jack. I will add the Ethernet female at the wall jack when I run the cable. I plan to add this cable to avoid WiFi issues that I am experiencing. The only thing that I find on the net is to avoid power cables but I could not find anything on telephone lines. Thanks for your thoughts!

Mostly the power line restriction is a safety and code restriction. In most areas it is illegal to run low voltage cable in the same conduit as power cables. Even if it was not a safety issues there is some small chance you can get interference from power cables but you almost have to wrap the ethernet around the power cables.

You will have no issues with telephone cables at all.
