Hi mates, I'm new and in-experience in building a new system. I wonder if this system i'm going to build is good enough to play games in full-hd? Thanks in advance

MB Gigabyte H81M - S2PV
CPU Core I5 - 4460 (3.2Hz)
DDR3 8GB (1866) G.Skill F3-14900CL10S-8GBXL
SSD Corsair 128GB (F128GBGS - BK) for Windows and game installation
VGA 2GB Gigabyte N75TOC - 2GI
Power Corsair CX600 V3

Since it's a budget build, i wonder if it would be good enough to handle games in full-hd? I can raise the budget by 20% for a better video card (or mobo?) if possible

On that budget I would get a hard drive instead of an ssd and 1600mhz ram, 1866 is not worth it for gaming, in this case you are sacrificing timings for frequency.

Choose 1600 MHz RAM only if the 1866 MHz and 1600 MHz RAM sticks don't have much money difference. Also, that's a Haswell refresh CPU, you need to update the BIOS after getting the mobo and it doubts me about the update because its H81 (old) chipset now. So, you can get i5-4440 which is more than enough for gaming and stick with that motherboard.
