I don't overclock my cpu and I am a gamer and sometimes I need encode videos.

Hi my system is:

FX 8350 @4.0 GHZ
CORSAIR 2X4GB 1600MHZ CL9 RAM
SAPPHIRE DUAL-X OC R9 280X
GIGABYTE 970A-UD3P
AOPEN 650W 12V 624W 52A BRONZE PSU
SAMSUNG EVO 840 250GB SSD
SAMSUNG HD753LJ
WINDOWS 8.1 X64 CORE EDITION.

My seidon 120v pump failed and I am waiting for its repair but I know that it will take too long. The stock cooler is very bad, doesn't let me play high cpu intensive games that use eight core like watch_dogs and dead rising 3. Tempratures reach 70c. And also cannot encode any video because of the tempratures.

Can you suggest me a good coolers that is cheap and effective for gaming ? I would be very happy If you suggest me more than one cooler because not every cooler is available in my country. My room temprature is normal.

CM Hyper EVO 212/ TX3 are fine options under $30, to keep the CPU cool under high loads and even attempting moderate OC isn't a bad idea :)

Thank you for your fast reply but I can't get myself evo 212 because it takes very much space. Any other small coolers ? Easy to install ones.

TX3 is pretty small at <140mm. Also, if you can provide me some sites you'd be using to get the component (if you're going to buy online), then it'd be easier to recommend. Ninja Mini, Artic coolers, and Noctua LPs are good ones, but other than Arctic, they all tend to be a pretty penny.

No, I won't shop online and there is not enough coolers avaible in my country but I have found this.

COOLER MASTER BLIZZARD T2 MINI

Would this be enough for me ? I couldn't find any reviews with fx8350

The reviews look fine, it's a good replacement for stock cooler on stock speeds, not for OCing, but will be fine for stock. Feel free to go for it :)
