So I put together my computer, and am currently trying to test it outside of the case, and its not even turning on.

Amd fx 4130
Ga78lmt usb 3
Evga 500 psu
Hyper evo 212
Crucial ballistics 8gb

The 24 pin connectors are plugged in,the cpu fan is plugged, the 8 pin cpu connector is plugged in.

I have no idea where to go from here.

Okay so I got everything running, tested it outside of the case and everything worked fine.

It is now all inside the case.

here is my build because I have one final problem it seems now xD

adm fx 4130
ga78lmt-usb3 micro atx
Evga 500 watt psu
Radeon r9 270
Hyper evo 212

The only thing that I know of currently that isn't working is my graphics card, the rest of the computer turns on (I plugged in the vga into the graphics to test it) all fans on, blank screen though.

I took off my side panel and stuck my hand underneath the fans of the radeon, and sure enough they were not spinning. Is there something extra I have to plug in from the psu?

I currently have (plugged into the mobo) 2 different usb's from the case, the 8 pin connector for cpu, and the 24 pin connector.

I noticed the psu had something labled pci which I believe is the graphics, is there a slot for this, that I am missing or what?

thanks for all the help so far.

You might not have connected the power to the graphics card.
There are connectors from the power supply labelled "PCI-E" and they have 6 pins. The graphics card needs two of them. Remember to plug them in in the card correctly, and don't force anything. They go in easy enough.

They plug into the card directly? If so -face palm-
