If it comes with the right BIOS version. The 4430 is supported by all versions.

It is great. Though you might want to look into the h97 mobos which are at the same price but promise broadwell compatibility. Which means that in the future you will be able to upgrade to a next-gen i7 5xxx or i5 5xxx cpu. Look for a good h97 mobo. like the asrock h97m or gigabyte h97. As for the company's parts quality, Asrock is just as good as it gets. Everything said and done, that mobo would be a good choice for that cpu.
