I've been using chrome for several years now. Yesterday night, I opened up several taps on chrome. There was nothing wrong but at some point my computer stopped. I can move the mouse but cant click or open up anything. I kept turning on and off manually. Everything works fine unless I open up chrome and it freezes in about 3-4 secs. I dont know if its relevant but 1 or 2 days ago, I deleted some ad apps that was automatically installed and kept bugging me for months by deleting it on chrome setting extension. (I tried to download adblock but it the tap for download doesnt appear whenever I try to download it)
I was wondering how I can fix this chrome crash.

click start >> right click on my computer >> left click on properties

so the system is definitely powerful enough so try a fresh reformat of windows to see if the problem is caused by a system slow down. ...
