Get H87 mobo or newer H97

for a single card 600W PSU is usually enough but for GTX 750 even 350W PSU is enough

2x4GB is better , so could enable Dual channel memory

Here's what I think:

1. Buy an H87 or H97 motherboard (H97 preferably).
2. Buy x2 4GB RAM.

What specific PSU are you thinking of? You need to exercise some caution when buying one, as OEMs make bold claims that don't add up.

On the PSU it matters the quality! Quality 450watts is better than no name 700watts.

H87/H97 supports a greater number of internal connections as well as four DIMM slots. H81 will only support two DIMM slots, so there's not much room for expansion.

Good PSU brands are Corsair, XFX, Seasonic and EVGA. 700W is overkill for your build; a good 600W PSU will be fine and give you room to expand in the future.

Motherboard:
Not a very good choice. I would prefer a H97 Motherboard, and The MSI H97M-E35 is what you need. Sure it's $80, but it has 6 SATA 6Gb/s ports, 1 PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot for your GTX 750, and 2 RAM Slots. All you need for a decent Intel build.

RAM:
The Crucial Ballisitx Sport RAM is actually a good idea. One 8GB Stick is good enough, and you will have the option for adding a second one later and expanding your RAM to 16GB.

CPU:
The i5 you chose is a good one. However, if you want a tiny bit more performance, get the i5-4690. Not the 4690K, the 4690.

Power Supply: (WARNING)
You do not need a 700W Power supply. You're just throwing away money doing that. You only need a 400-500W Power Supply considering what you have.

Changes:
-CPU: Intel Core i5-4690 ($209.99 @ Newegg)
-Motherboard: MSI H97M-E35 ($79.99 @ Amazon)
-RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB-1600 RAM ($74.99 @ Newegg)
-Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ certified ATX Power Supply ($38.99 @ NCIXUS)

No worries, it's always a good idea to invest a little more in the motherboard, given that it influences everything in your build.

I recommend becoming a Corsair man when it comes to PSUs. Look for the certified PSUs. I'll never get another PSU other than Corsair to be honest.

I also recommend Newegg.
