pc starts but wont boot

hello,i decided to cable manage my pc so i took off all cables except the cpu one,and i managed the cables and then started the pc but it starts and doesnt boot,i cleared the cmos by changing the jumpers place,nothing happened,i tried using 1 ram stick and still nothing plz help me thank you.

Make sure everything is connected and plugged in securely. You could have left something unplugged, or knocked something loose in the process.

Definitely signs of a loose cable. Check for lose cables. Especially the 24 pin motherboard. It is very hard to put in sometimes. Push in your sata cable on your HDD aswell as the power cord for it. I think it is the 24-pin mobo cable. Check to make sure you have a cpu fan cable in the CPU_FAN port

could it be the 24-pin ? but every fan is running,and the hdd runs at first i think and then it wont make sound because the red light of the hdd in case is always off,i need to here the lock of the 24 pin tick right ?

ok reconnected the 24 pin and still nothing,the DVD player also flashes green when am connected it with the motherboard when i remove connection and connect power only it works fine !

That's really odd. So it opens and closes when there is no sata cord but when there is one is doesn't?

what are the sticks used in your RAM? I believe you said that you did, but try using one stick in each DIMM slot

No it shouldnt.. Not unless it was a weak 24 pin socket. I almost have no doubt it is the mobo. If it isnt that it has to be the HDD
