Rampage IV Motherboard

The Rampage IV Black edition lights up, however, it does not power on when pushing any power button (external or on the MB). Using a Corsair 1200i power supply.

According to some quick internet research:

The ASUS Rampage IV's CMOS Battery is frequently at low charge by the time the consumer purchases the component. The issue you're experiencing can be solved by replacing the CMOS battery.

However, before you go to such lengths let's check some basic problems that it might be:

Have you connected the case's Power Button to the Motherboard's Power Switch jumpers?

Is your Motherboard mounted on case standoff screws? If not, it's possible the case is shorting the Motherboard out. You can check this by powering on the rig from outside the case (place the Motherboard on a glass / wood / low-static surface) to rule out any chance of a case short.
