Unless you are going to put more than two R9 290 or more than 4 hard drives and 2 ssds, and 3 DVD drives, I would do the Corsair 450D. Full size monster cases are over rated, and in many instances don't cool as well as the better designed mid cases. Not saying that the two you listed are bad, but they will probably sound like jet engines and unless your build is overboard, completely unnecessary.
