firstly i want to upgrade my gpu to play more advance games . i want to go with nvidia gtx 560ti . Whether this card compatible with my mobo and processor or do i have any bottleneck with this . If so please suggest a good gpu upgrade with my current specs .

Upgrading the GPU will not make much difference for modern games because the CPU and RAM are such a bottleneck even for the 560Ti. I would really save up a lot more money to upgrade a lot more stuff than just the GPU. So wait I'd say.
