Solution
First build has slow cpu and slower then average ssd drive.
Second build is a waste of money and putitng all the money into the wrong places.

This build give you 8gb of ram and SSD drive for speed. The CPU is pretty decent for web use, if she ever needs more, then a simple cpu swap to an i5 will be all she neesds.
