I'm upgrading my desktop with a Sapphire R7 240 1GB DDR5. As it requires 400 Watt power supply unit, I'm planning to buy a 400W PSU. I'm stuck with these 3 choices and don't know which is best suited for me.

1. Seasonic SS400BT 400 Watts
2. Corsair CX430 430 Watts
3. Antec VP450P I 450 Watts

My PC configurations are
* 4GB RAM
* Core 2 Duo E7200 2.53 GHz
* 1TB Internal HDD
* WD 1TB Ultra Passport
* Sapphire R7 240 1GB DDR5

Please help me choose one of them and I humbly request you to give me detailed answers and justifications.

P.S : I don't want to bottleneck my PC and there should be no heating problem in the future.

Is 400 Watts enough for the graphic card? I mean, the graphic card info suggests a 400W PSU minimum requirement, so I need a little more wattage right??
