Back in 2008 I had some software that would let me captures frames in video running on my PC. I've since built a new box and switched to Win 7. Needless to say I no longer have nor know what that software was. I don't think I just paused the video and then used print screen.

So, any suggestions?

CPU: AMD Athlon64 5400+ Black Label
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4600
RAM: 8GB DDR2

You don't want to use print screen because it doesn't save an image? I'd use msi afterburner for this but I have it installed for other stuff as well.
