I've got a asus z97-a mother board, while checking i found lil few pins of socket bents to some bit lower(socket has cap still it happens) , is dis will be a issue ?? but headers of all pins are fine...

or it will damage cpu???
i think after installing cpu, it will press all pins to lower to contact all heads.
here is pic, view them for more clarity...

RMA you don't want to install a new CPU to that socket.

Well it can damage the CPU or the Motherboard or both with there being bent pins. I will say good luck on getting whoever you purchased the motherboard to take ownership of the board arriving defective. Every time I have told a company about getting a motherboard with bent pins they always say I did it. I have started making videos of me unpacking computer hardware to prove it.
