I am playing cs go and am getting 80degrees c constantly on my gpu temp, what is wrong, if anything, and is this normal, etc.....help!

That seems high for a 770, do you have the GPU overclocked any further than how it came? Do you have a good airflow path from the case fans to the GPU? Is your case in an area where it can get cool air, and is your room warm?
