good and quiet pc water cooling

Both of those get beat by quieter air coolers....so why spend more money to get less cooling ?
The only water coolers that cool better than air coolers are the Swiftech Units ....

I would probably go with the Swiftech H220-X or the H240-X at this point. A bit more expensive than, say Corsair, but the parts are much higher quality. Copper/brass Radiator, stronger pump, one of the best CPU blocks out there. Comes as a AIO but can be added to to make a quasi custom loop.
