Dell monitor vs samsung?

Right now I have a Dell 2340m monitor that i'm using as my primary. It replaced a Samsung 2253LW monitor. The Dell looks nicer, but for gaming would it be better to use the samsung? It has a 2ms and the dell has a 7ms

Normally, if you're playing FPS, you want to keep it below 5ms to keep it from "ghosting". If I remember correctly, Dell monitors are re-branded from Samsung or other manufacturers.
