Having a few issues. I just installed new ssd, mobo and cpu into my pc. I wiped all the drives i had and done a fresh install of windows 7 64bit. It was all working fine when i loaded it up. Installed a bunch of drivers, win updates and Photoshop. Then i had a problems when staring photoshop. I got rid of it but it seems the problem lays with Explorer.exe
I have fixed the registry, scanned for viruses and anti-malware and stopped startup programs with msconfig. Still doesnt work.
