So i have a low budget for my PC, i have all the parts sorted for my setup.

I will pair the CPU with 8gb ram and a 750ti 2gb. I'm looking for the best option to get, also please note I WILL UPGRADE, so that means i will replace the i3 with a i5 4570 or the AMD 6300 with a amd 9370.

I will be playing, Battlefield Hardline, Minecraft, Minecraft modpacks, Day Z, Arma 3, and many other games. I also want to play them in high settings.

I also MUST be able to play Yogcast Complete Modpack for minecraft on high settings, so which ones better i3 4130 or amd 6300?

Go for I3 4130 and get a h97 board so that you can update to a haswell refresh processor in future if you have a low budget and go for fx 6300 and a cheap board you will not able to run the fx 9370 on it because it requires a very good motherboard and a strong PSU (AMD has suggested a minimum of 1000watt of PSU for the fx 9000 series.)

Why do people keep insisting on those garbage intel dual core processors? They're just terrible. Please. Get an i5 or get that 6300 with a 990fx board so you can upgrade to an 8350 or 8370 later on.

There's your i3 4130 with a whopping 4000 score. That is pathetic. Please don't. You'll only be able to run minecraft with that thing. And that 750ti wont be able to run more than minecraft either. You are better off for the same price with a R7 265, or for 40 dollars more a gtx 760

I3 4130 is strong enough for handling any mid range GPU and better than fx 6300 (much more stronger cores with hyper threading) plus fx 8350 or 8370 cannot match the performance of an i5 4690k.
GTX 750 ti is a strong enough card to play any modern games at medium settings and some games at even high getting a r7 265 is a waste when you can get the r9 270 with almost same price and gtx 760 is also not worth buying when you can get r9 280 for much lower price.

Wow I had no idea the prices dropped so hard. I remember when I tried to get a 280 it was like +$300CAD dollars because of the bitcoin gold rush.

Yeah that R9 280 > 750ti is a steal.
