CPU Idling Too Warm

So I ordered a PC of the internet, with a GTX 660, intel i5 4440 and 8GB of ram. When i'm idling my cpu runs at around 43c to 45c. When playing games such as Farcry 3 or Counter Strike, the temp stays at 45c to 48c. But when I play games such as Dayz, my cpu goes to 55c. These temps are pretty warm and my overall question is how can I cool it.There is no dust, I haven't overclocked and i'm using a stock cooler. Is there anything I can do other than re-applying thermal paste or adding a new heatsink?

Solution
These are actually cool temps, and perfectly normal. CPUs generally idle at around 40C and can go upto 60s or even 70-80C during load (gaming). you don't have to worry about anything here
