Hello everyone. Recently i've decided to overclock my procesor, unfortunately i dont know how and how much should i overclock, i did this before but i always got blue screen after 5 minutes on running in windows so im afraid i did something wrong, if someone can help me i will be really glad,Thanks.

Specs:

CPU: AMD FX 8320 8core 3.5Ghz
MB: AsRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer
RAM: 16GB 1333 Mhz
GPU: ATI Radeon R9 280X
Cooler: CORSAIR Hydro H60 (When i overclocked before i had Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO)
Power Supply: Corsair CX600

I asked this question because so far i found on this forum only tutorials of how to overclock this kind of processor on another kind of motherboard and i wanna know how much should i go with overclocking on my motherboard+cooler.

The general idea is the same, try to understand how overclocking works.

ryan's guide in the link below is a good read to understand the basics of (AMD)overclocking.
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1874931/amd-blac...
The CPUs changed, but the general method used for overclocking hasn't.

Set cpu voltage to manual & set it to 1.38V, up the multiplier to 20(4ghz).
Run p95 small ffts for 15~20mins, if stable move forward keep increasing the multiplier by 0.5(20.5) & see if it maintains stability @1.38V
If its unstable increase the voltage by 1 point & stress test again.

I hope you get the idea.
