new psu urgent

PC shuts down under full load (not temperature related so I'm guessing its the weak psu)

asusm 5a97 r 2.0
fx 8320 stock
8gb ram
gtx650ti boost
1 hdd /no dvd drives

Can this be good for the above pc ?

Thats way too expensive for me :( Is the Lc power one any good for my pc? should I buy the cheaper cm or chieftec maybe?

I never overclock anything I just need the one that is stable.The old 450w worked great for 4 years before it started to shutdown under load(guess it's weakened over time or something)
