I've gone through and replaced just about every part on my new build and still can't get the mobo to post to bios. Parts I've replaced: motherboard (this is my second from Newegg), memory, GPU and power. The only one last thing is the CPU, but I didn't think I even needed that to get to the bios. I took the CPU out of the equation and still nada. Wow, I miss onboard video now.

I tried bios flashback twice and I'm still left wondering if I have another defective mobo. Any thoughts? I'm running out of time to return the CPU, but I don't see how that could be the problem here. Am I wrong?

Parts: GPU - EVGA GTX 750 ti, PSU - Rosewill BRONZE Series RBR1000-M, RAM - Crucial 32GB Kit (8GBx4) DDR4 2133 MT/s, CPU - Intel Core i7-5960X.

Well, it turned out that the CPU was never actually completely seated. I pulled it and cleaned it up for return shipping. After getting all of the compound off, I decided I'd try one last time before packing it up. When I latched the socket, I heard and felt a click I hadn't heard before. At first I thought I'd broken a pin, but then I saw the AE Qcode - huzzah! I re-applied compound and put the cooler back on and now I'm in business. Crikey!

I can get pass the post to bios with mine but it keep crashing randomly for no apparent reason. Is that possible that my cpu wouldn't be well seated like yours ? Is there a special way to install it ?

There is no special way to install it - just be sure it's oriented correctly. It is easy to get it turned around the wrong way, and the latch has to catch completely. (I think that was my problem) What is the last code that comes up before it crashes? I assume by crashing, you mean it just shuts off. What PSU are you using?
