I've searched for this all over the net, long story short. I think just maybe I've been the only one asking exactly this ? As of right now the default orientation of my dual screens are as follows. 27 inch benq bottom, primary display, Above it is a 24 inch dell wall mounted secondary. What I'm asking is you have to by default move your mouse to the far right in order to transition onto the secondary monitor. Is there a way through the registry or software to change this to the far top of the primary monitor ?

Yes, you can position the monitors any way you want to. On the Display
screen, just drag the images of the monitors to the position you
physically have them in.
