Here is the build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3cRCMp
This build is 400$ of parts (No accessories, OS)
The main game, more like 90% of my time is going to be playing world of warcraft. Id like to get at least high settings at 900p and 30 fps or higher. Is that possible with this build?
Thanks,

For a tiny bit more than you quoted yourself(also I added a heatsink to my build as yours was lacking one) you'd have better performance overall. Marginally stronger GPU and a better processor, albeit behind in single core performance obviously.
