So my friend is looking at building a computer and I have been helping him out. We have a few designs we are looking at a few different builds.

He really likes the first one because it is actually fairly cheap for a not so bad build. I really liked the last one because it is a bit more expensive but you gain a bit in CPU and GPU performance. Please help us out!!!!????

The difference between the 8320 and the 8350 is absolutely nothing, since they can both overclock.

8GB is WAY more than enough for a gaming computer, but you want 2x4GB sticks.

You really ought to look at a SSD. They're worth it.

As for the graphics card, I would save up and get a new Nvidia 970. Ridiculously low power draw meaning a 500w power supply of GOOD quality (that Apevia is not amazing.) is plenty, and the gaming performance difference will be huge.
