Also, why would you get a 4TB hard drive? Do you really need it? Most people have more than enough with 1TB, and more can always be added. I would spend $200 less on a hard drive and put the money to other parts.

Solution

But what would I spend it on? I thought go big or go home.

If you have a microcenter buy you the i7-3770k is only $269.99, and they will discount the Mobo for you too. i would also save money on the PSU like a 750, might want a better cooler too. But stick with the GTX970!

I'm trying to stay away from liquid coolers. I've heard too many stories about them breaking to use them. And what's microcenter? I live out in the middle of no where so pretty much every piece of electronic is ordered online. And how many watts do I need if I want to eventually have 2 970's?
