OCing Asus Z87 Mobo

hey all

I have an Asus Maximus VI Hero Motherboard. In the UEFI BIOS, I am having trouble OCing the base frequency. I have an Intel i7-4790k. It runs at 4.0GHz and a turbo mode of 4.4GHz. I want to OC the base frequency of 4.0GHz, but I can only seem to change the turbo mode frequency. Has anyone worked with these, and understand how to OC the base frequency? I don't see a setting anywhere to adjust the base CPU multiplier. Please let me know :)
