Are my Temps right for NH-D14?

I have a 4790k at 1.2v and 4.4ghz, stock auto voltage, and on windows balanced powerplan. I have 7 case fans in a push/pull config, along with 2 on the cooler itself all turned up in FanXpert 3

I idle at about 30C, but my load is still about 54-61C in games like BF4, Bioshosck infinite, and while video enoding, I was seeing 63-67C the entire time...
Are these temps right? that's only about 8C cooler than my old Hyper 212 Evo... I thought this cooler would keep temps lower than this? Can anyone confirm?
It's not the fact that its not "Cool Enough", its the fact that I want it as low as it should be, seeing as I spent $75 and only dropped 8C...

Starting with your image, I see 1 issue right away (or I would call it an issue). You have a neutral (or very close to neutral) airflow situation. This is NEVER good. You want a positive airflow situation. Let me explain the difference. A neutral air flow situation is where you have the same, or roughly the same, number of fans with the same, or roughly the same, specs pushing air into your case as you do pulling air out. This does cause air flow but there is no pressure to the air inside the case which causes you to lose air density. The less dense your air is the less heat it can absorb from the components in your case. So you want to set up a positive airflow situation. This mean you need more air coming into your case by fan then you have leaving your case by fan. This will cause the pressure in your case to increase and in turn increase the air density. The case will vent the excess air via the vent holes all around your case and the exhaust fans will help a little. Once I figured this out my case dropped between 4-8C in all applications/situations.

Second. Your temps are relative to your ambient temperature. So if your room is 22C then you will see 1 set of temps but if your room is 28-30C then you will see very different temps.

Check your room temp, try possibly changing the top fan on your case toward the front to an intake fan, and recalculate. To be fair 8C is a pretty good change and should not be scoffed at.

If I flip the one top fan, won't I be drawing in hot air back into the case over time with it being so close to the back top that is exhausing? The PC is under a desk as you can kinda see in the photo.

Also, the 2 top and bottom 2 front are molex controlled, I can't control their speeds. Are they running 100%? Or do I need to get a fan controller for those 4 to push them faster?

If this is under a desk, you are right, I would not flip the top front fan.

Is the Blackhawk case what you are using? If so, is the side panel case fan an intake? If not I would flip it and make it an intake fan. This will give you positive air pressure in your case.

If the fans are plugged straight into power and not the board or a controller they should be running at max RPMs by default.

sadly I cannot fit a side fan on, the D14 is too wide. I guess I will try swapping the fan, see if it does any good. Maybe the molex fans are at 100% and are just too slow for my liking? the molex fans are like $8 Rosewills that came with it. The top front intake and rear exhaust are Cougar 120's and the noctua's are the stock D14's.
