Hello,I just recieved my Huawei Honor 6 ,but when I put in the SIM card It just keeps sending me the notification "the process android.com.phone has stopped" .
I tried clearing the cache of the phone, but after a couple of minutes
the same error popped up again, also I tried opening the app SIM Toolkit but it tells me "SIM Toolkit not available". What can I do??

I have a feeling your android version may be corrupted. Did you backup your apps before this happened.? If you did, you can try to restore it to that point. Otherwise try to do a factory reset. If that doesn't work then go to the store and get a replacement if it is under warranty. I would not recommend rooting it unless you know what you are doing.

The smartphone is new and I didn't change, update, upgrade nothing. This happens only using the SIM of one provider and with other provider SIM it works properly. The problematic SIM is 100% 3G and the good one may be only 2G, I'm not sure. What I've already done: clear cache and factory reset and it's still unsolved.

Then it is definitely the sim. I am assuming the error doesn't come when the sims are not inserted. Is the phone unlocked or did you buy it with those sims?

It must be the sim if it is unlocked. I would get a new sim. Does this happen when the sim is put into another phone?
