I don't mind whether the processor is amd or intel, as long as I get a good enough build for gaming and livestreaming. I will also be rendering some videos for youtube as well so has to be good at recording. I would prefer an MSI GTX 970 and then build it around that, but if you have any other ideas feel free.
This is what I was going to build but I want to see what you guys can rustle up!: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2hF499
PS: I ONLY NEED WHAT IS THERE AS I HAVE AN OS, DISK DRIVES AND A DVD DRIVE.

Best solution
Avoid FX build right now, the AM3+ platform is dead, i5 will give better gaming performance even on stock vs OCed FX, and you can always get an af cooler later and OC the CPU. So this'd be my recommendation:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor (£165.90 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: Asus Z87-K ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£57.44 @ Scan.co.uk)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£57.99 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card (£274.99 @ Ebuyer)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case (£42.99 @ Ebuyer)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£46.93 @ CCL Computers)
Total: £646.24
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
Generated by PCPartPicker 2014-10-15 08:09 BST+0100
Also, FX 8 is not really much better at streaming too, you can always enable Shadowplay or such features of Nvidia which do not disturb the CPU while recording or streaming.

But I wanted to use Open Broadcaster Software since it has overlays and such. But I would definitely be using Shadowplay for recording footage 199% of the time. Such an amazing feature. Only reason I went for FX 8320 is because 1. OCability and easy to oc as a first time overclocker 2. Great performance for the price 3. I found that AMAZING MSI motherboard with that audio boost 2, super fast usb 2 ports for gaming peripherals and sli support. EDIT: Also has an awesome and easy to use BIOS. Also it gave me more money to focus on a better power supply with semi modular.
Also I prefered the Sharkoon T9 as I just despise Black cases, they look so boring to me. I wanted something to show off. EDIT: Forget SLI, it needs a 750w power supply. Single card it is for a few years. Still looking for a pretty mobo like the msi 970.
EDIT: Would I not also need a cpu cooler to get the best performance out of it for Overclocking? Or should I just get that later?

I'll answer that in points:
1. (about easy to OC) It runs hotter than Intel and eats more TDP.
2. (great value/money) Not so great, no upgradibility whatsoever, the CPU is 2 year old tech, comparable to i5 2nd gen.
3. As you said later, SLI would need better components, 750W PSU.
4. (MSI MoBo) Even if I went with FX, I'd not recommend that MoBo in first place (MSI), MSI's AMD MoBos have been not upto the mark, they're going through some QC issues.
5. (case) You're free to choose case, no worries there.
6. 60 quids more? It's only about 20-30 (CPU-MoBo-cooler) more right now, even with stock cooler the i5 will defeat OCed FX 8 in any given game.
Some more benefits in brief:
Doesn't need an af cooler (on stock).
Can OC with a 50 quids MoBo.
Is more efficient.
More upgradable.
And no matter if you choose i5 or FX, you will need an af cooler if you want to OC, otherwise temps will hold you back. Stock coolers are fine when on stock speeds.

Thanks for the reply. So the motherboard is the best for that price range? I don't really like the I/O, what is the BIOS like? Easy to overclock?

Search up 'Asus Z87-K BIOS' in Google, it'll bring you some good snaps of the BIOS, and you can decide for yourself.
And OCing on Haswell chips on any Z MoBo is easy.
The simplest way to OC is through multiplier, and there are tons of guides available for that, so you won't have any issues there. Disabling C states will help too.

The bios looks terrible, same with the I/O compared to the msi 970 but oh well, as long as I have a great cpu and the gtx 970 then I am happy. Just going to have to deal with it.

Also is there thermal armor available for this motherboard? To add at a later date I mean as I want a windowed case so it has to look pretty.

Looks good to me, change the case, Spec-03 has poor CPU cooler clearance, you won't be able to install any big air coolers like CM hyper 212.Really? I got it because it juts out so it would fit a bigger CPU cooler. I am pretty sure it fits the Hyper 212 EVO. Only reason I chose it over Sharkoon.

Yeah I made a thread asking what would be the best CPU Cooler for an overclock to 4.4ghz for my case and I am going to get the CM TX4

I'm assuming you mean TX3, and well yes it's a fine cooler for moderate OC, and 4.4Ghz should be do-able.No I meant the T4:

I was told it was in between a TX3 and a 212 so I don't really care if it's exactly the same as the 212 but smaller and wider. As long as I can fit it in my case, overclock my cpu to 4.4ghz and keep it cool.
