So I recently upgraded everything in my computer, except for the PSU and GPU and now I'm experiencing issues with my frames play games.

Payday 2 I used to get a steady 60 fps (locked), World at War I'd get around 80-90, and Titanfall I'd get around 70.

My old rig:
i7 950 w/Hyper 212
12GB HyperX RAM @ 1600mhz
DX58SO Mobo
850w AzzA PSU
1TB Seagate Barracuda
Gigabyte WINDFORCE 760 2GB

My new rig:
i5 4670k w/Hyper 212 oc'd to 4.6ghz
16GB HyperX Ram @ 1866mhz
Asus Z97M-Plus
850w AzzA PSU
2x 1TB Seagate Barracuda (brand new HDD)
Gigabyte WINDFORCE 760 2GB

I've been able to overclock my GPU more than before (200+ core clock, 200+ mem clock) but lowering it back to base has made performance worse.

Anyone know why I'm doing worse on a better computer?

I never heard of that PSU brand before. If I were you I would replace it right away with top tier brands.

Check this link out for the top PSU brands: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1804779/power-supp...

The PSU is fine, it's lasted me 4 years with zero issues, I don't need to change it, the old system used more power anyways. Had it been the PSU the issue would have affected the older pc more.

Then it could probably be your motherboard. Check for BIOS updates.

An unstable overclock might be why you're getting poor FPS, try going back to stock settings and see if there's a difference.
